Space Rental

Our curated play spaces are available for private events on Saturday & Sunday afternoons, as well as Sunday mornings.

We provide:

  • Access to our indoor and fenced outdoor play spaces. Our indoor space is about 2500 square feet, and includes three rooms with our art space, our science area, and sensory play areas. Our outdoor space includes a fenced play yard, as well as 9 forested acres that children may explore with adult supervision. 

  • 4 hour space usage (1 hour to set up, 2 ½ hours to party, half an hour to pack up)

  • Use of our refrigerator and kitchen supplies (note:  we do not have a full kitchen. We do have a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and many kitchen tools and utensils)

  • A staff member on-site to answer questions and find any needed items

You provide:

  • Supervision for all children

  • Decorations*

  • Food*

  • Any special activities*

*Add-on packages including food, decorations, and themed activities may be added for an additional cost. Contact us for more information.  

Rates:

4-hour party rental fees are based on a sliding scale. It’s an honor system; please self-select your tier when booking based on what is most appropriate for your family and your resources. 

  • Tier 1 - Subsidized Rate: $175 (recommended for families with annual income under $40,000)

  • Tier 2 - Standard Rate:  $225 (recommended for families with annual income between $40,000 - $90,000): 

  • Tier 3 - Supporter Rate:  $300 (recommended for families with annual income between $90,000 - $150,000)

  • Tier 4 - Optional Opt-in Sponsor Rate:  $400 (an optional opt-in rate for families with an annual income above $150,000, or who have significant financial resources from other sources)
